Crazy!

Life has been a whirlwind of craziness since we moved back to Washington and we're loving every minute of it. Isaac and Lydia think being so close to both sets of Grandparents is the greatest thing ever.

Harlow and Katy had their first baby on Sunday, November 28, 2010. I was able to watch Katy give birth. It was an awesome experience. Charles Bruce Wood was a very large little boy. He weighed in at a whopping 9lbs 6 ozs. Charlie breathed in too much fluid into his lungs he was transferred to the Tacoma General NICU for monitering and has continued to remain in the NICU. He has to remain incident free for 5 days before he can come home. We continue to pray for Charlie and his family!

Brandon and I were able to visit Charlie in the NICU on Tuesday night. He was so cute and sweet. We love getting to see such tiny babies. While we were visiting the NICU a set of twins were born that both weighed less than 2lbs. We saw on of the twins, her whole foot was only as big as one section of my pinky finger. It is amazing and wonderful that babies born so small and weak can still survive. I love and feel so blessed to live in a time when there is so much modern science can keep these high risk babies alive!

Brandon started working on Thursday and seems to be loving his new job. Im so proud of him and grateful that he's now a big college graduate!
