Brandon and I were able to tour Kirtland on Sunday while we were in Ohio. I loved seeing the Neal K. Whitney store. It was wonderful to walk where the Savior and Heavenly Father had once stood. The Spirit was so strong in the School if the Prophets room.
The ashery was one of the ways the Saints funded the building of the Kirtland temple. It was one of the only times that making this product was ever profitable.
