Isaac loves dipping. He's to the point where he will not eat unless he has something to dip his food in. He usually dips it into ketchup. I've been racking my brains for a healthier dipping sauce and today we tried apple sauce. Here is Isaac enjoying some toast and eggs with apple sauce for dipping!

all of our kids dip EVERYTHING in applesauce. It's almost like they don't think we can have a meal without applesauce to dip things in. Unfortunatley, Joshie learned WAY too early about dipping from seeing all his older siblings so he has been dipping for months now.
It gets them trying different foods which is good. Dad
